I've tried reaching out to them numerous times via email regarding an issue with my account, but it seems like I'm just shouting into the void. Not only do they take an eternity to respond, but half the time, they don't respond at all. It's incredibly frustrating when you're promised support but are met with absolute silence instead. What's worse is that they don't deliver on their promises either. I've been waiting for a resolution to my problem for weeks now, and I'm still no closer to getting it sorted out. It's beyond infuriating to be left in the dark like this, with no way of getting in touch with a real person to address my concerns.
