Highly recommend DTR without reservations! After IRS audited my business, I owed over $36k in back taxes, penalties & interest. In 6 months time, they did nothing! I employed DTR in September of 2015. In October of 2015, I sent them the many documents that they asked for. Two months later, they requested the SAME DOCUMENTS AGAIN and accused me of not sending the documents in October. In December, one of the attorneys that had Power of Attorney for us left Direct Tax Relief. We were informed of this by the IRS THREE WEEKS after he left DTR! After numerous phone calls and emails that were not returned, we finally got smart and hired someone else in April. In less than a month, our issue was straightened out and we owed even less than we originally thought. My advice: DO NOT HIRE DIRECT TAX RELIEF unless you want to spend more on interest and you don't want good service.
