They were really knowledgeable and were very patient with us during the entire process. Our lien has been removed and now we can move on with our lives…can’t thank this company and their tax experts enough!

In 6 months time, they did nothing! I employed DTR in September of 2015. In October of 2015, I sent them the many documents that they asked for. Two months later, they requested the SAME DOCUMENTS AGAIN and accused me of not sending the documents in October. In December, one of the attorneys that had Power of Attorney for us left Direct Tax Relief. We were informed of this by the IRS THREE WEEKS after he left DTR! After numerous phone calls and emails that were not returned, we finally got smart and hired someone else in April. In less than a month, our issue was straightened out and we owed even less than we originally thought. My advice: DO NOT HIRE DIRECT TAX RELIEF unless you want to spend more on interest and you don't want good service.

Wonderful staff I was referred to Harry Galstian, CEO of Direct Tax Relief by a friend of mine who had used them a couple years back and was very happy. The first attorney that was assigned to my case was not up to par and I wasn't very happy with the direction my case with the IRS was going. After I complained to management I received a direct call from Harry and he apologized and promised to reassign my case. The 2nd attorney was a lot more aggressive with the IRS and I got the results I was looking for. I didn't qualify for a huge reduction of taxes but they did get my federal tax lien removed and got my life backk on track.

I was able to focus on running my business while their staff worked directly with the IRS. I was a little impatient at times but at the end I walked away very happy.
