They deliver where many others have failed. I am fortunate in that I live in Sacramento, where Tax Tigers is located. I met personally with Kathy Hill to discuss my fiancée’s long-standing tax situation with the IRS. I told her his story, including many years of trying to resolve his debt, unsuccessfully, with the federal government. He had hired tax attorneys, made/paid installment agreements, brought his current taxes current, etc., with no relief in site and the penalties and interest quickly multiplying. Following my meeting with Kathy, I was convinced that she would keep her promise to resolve his debt. Fast forward to today, we received the confirmation letter from the Internal Revenue Service, in which they agreed to finally resolve his tax debt. This is a game changer for us. Having the Federal Government/IRS in your daily life is stressful beyond belief. The endless paying, filing, calling – to no avail, are finally over. Words can't express how thankful I am… Words can't express how thankful I am to have met Kathy Hill. From the moment I walked into her office I felt completely at home. Over the last 6 months working with her, she has been nothing but kind, transparent, and positive to me and my family. I've told her on numerous occasions she has been like a guardian angel, guiding me forward. I thought my life was absolutely over until I came across one of Kathy's ads on the radio. I had been through several consultations with other companies who didn't care about my case and ultimately just wanted money. When I tell you Kathy Hill genuinely cares about her clients, I mean it. I wasn’t able to get their services at… I wasn’t able to get their services at this time, but they were honest with me to explain that my case would not be something that would benefit me and they wouldn’t to advantage of me, the representative was upfront and honest- didn’t try to “sell me “ but actually wanted to give me good advice tailored for my situation and actually help. The Team at Tax Tiger have been great… The Team at Tax Tiger have been great to work with starting from Day 1 when we arrived for our consultation with Ms. Julia Dunbar. Julia was direct and informational about our situation. She was confident they could help us get caught up and/or do amendments where necessary. The staff are responsive and knowledgeable. Once we determined Tax Tiger was who we needed to move forward with and julia took over, the intimidating letters from the IRS stopped. Much of my contact was with Monika, (awesome) and our tax preparer Alondra (also awesome). The process seemed daunting at first but became easier with each step. I don't plan on leaving this well-rounded group of professionals. The rest of the staff are great too. They are quick to reply to calls, emails or texts. It's much appreciated.
