I didn't know where to turn to ask for help I had a tax problem which was huge to me as a senior citizen living on a limited income. I had a one-time income boost which was used to pay off some debts. My income didn't have anywhere near enough to pay the tax bill. I called DTP in desperation to see if they would accept me as a small client. Rob Scott politely explained that my amount was not within their range to do any good. He did recommend a step that I could take to get an adjustment on my account. I followed the recommendation and was successful is reducing my burden. It helped me a great deal when I had no way to find a solution otherwise.
