Not only I was given the opportunity to try and get the refund, but I got the maximum compensation of €600. It took months and the commission is high, but they do all the work so I can't complain. Scam I dont know what happened to this company. All those good experiences but i got scamed. I made a request 2 years ago. My friend tried to get the refund via the official way. He got the money from the airline 5 month ago while i still didn't get anything from claimcompass. Everytime i reach out to them the same generated respond that they are working on it. Never again!
