Customer Service From a Bygone Era Our divorce mediator had recommended a particular law firm to draft our QDROs, but they were really expensive. I discovered I could save more than $600 by using SimpleQDRO, but I was of course worried about outsourcing this task to an online company. But my fears were completely unfounded, and in fact, very few companies in ANY industry continue to provide the high level of competence and customer service that SimpleQDRO does. I was so impressed with every aspect of our experience with them. We submitted multiple QDROs, and the initial drafting took about 3 days. The documents were drafted properly, but each plan requested revisions unique to it. The SimpleQDRO turnaround time was always very quick, usually less than a day. Every time I called SimpleQDRO, I was greeted by a real human being who knew exactly what they were talking about, and who responded to my questions with patience and cogent answers. The system for submitting and receiving documents is easy to use. I can tell you that the QDRO process is a complex and confusing one, and neither the courts nor the plan administrators do anything to make it less baffling. Drafting the QDROS themselves via SimpleQDRO was the only part of the process that was, well, simple. While I don't necessarily recommend divorce, I do recommend this company as strongly as possible.

Very easy and quick process Divorce is never an easy experience to go through. Trying to figure out a QDRO while going through a divorce is even more difficult. Simple QDRO came in at a very reasonable price and saved the day. They made it so simple and easy to navigate and the process has gone by super fast. Simple QDRO is the absolute best-- So I contacted Simple QDRO after another company charged me almost double (what this company charged ) and waited almost a month to send me a document full of errors- they never fixed the document what a nightmare---Then I found simple QDROs and really in 2 business days it was done---I am not done with whole process yet.... The cost was far less than what local lawyers were asking. So I gave my information to SimpleQDRO and within a couple of days I had the completed form.
