Getting their doctor paid The whole work compensation procedure was agonizing. not only was I suffering from a n injury & lost wages, it took months & months to even get a check. My attorney insisted on sending me to doctor 2 hours away even though my doctor was Willing to testify on my behalf. Then when we finally reached settlement, my funds were further delayed so that the doctor's outrageous bills got paid out of my share first. This firm seemed more concerned about getting the doctor they recommended paid than me.

Cheks not coming.Constant Dr appointments and evulaton.Even though ypur suffering and in pain the insurance companies make you feel like a liar.
