GBMy only regret is waiting so long to… My only regret is waiting so long to use 3StepDivorce. The ease in acquiring the needed documents to file. The ability to skip questions and return to them after I got the correct information was very helpful. And most importantly was the explanation of each question along with why that question was asked and why it might be needed.

GBAbsolute waste of time and money Absolute waste of time and money. They don’t send paperwork like they say they will. Their customer support first not exist, it’s a pager system and the person you get connected to can only “fill out a ticket” which does absolutely nothing. I called multiple time to get an update on status and each time they said they didn’t have a record of my account. They are so bad, even when they finally submitted my petition, they had no idea they did it. They claimed they didn’t know where the papers were. My wife eventually went to courthouse to serve me, and discovered that my paperwork had been submitted! Wasted a lot of time and energy in an already thought time. Oh, and when you call for a refund after all this, the answer is “no, you used our system, no refunds.” Go anywhere else. Anywhere.

GBWe downloaded our paperwork on a late… We downloaded our paperwork on a late Friday evening completed it and submitted it to the court next Tuesday morning. We only needed one question answered and the response was given within a day. The instructions were very thorough and easy to understand. In our particular situation our divorce was uncontested, we had no shared property or finances so it was pretty straightforward. It may be a bit more time consuming for others with property or assets but the info and explanations are available just take the time and go step-by-step. 3 Steps!! $300 for the paperwork, $300 for notary and court filings, WA state, $600 total. Cheapest and quickest divorce. Highly recommend!

GB3 Step Nightmare I got my paperwork rejected by the court 2 times! I paid for 6 months 168 so they can make sure everything was good to go. My paperwork got rejected 2 times. Its going to almost be a year now. Very frustrating. The location that i was dealing with seems like they hire foreigners who barely understand you which concerned me. They overlooked a lot of things. Got refunded which was a surprise to me and with that money I hired local paralegals to help me which they did. The papers that 3 step filed were incomplete and overkill. My local paralegal completed and fixed everything in a few days and they are already ready to get sent out. I could kick myself for choosing 3 step divorce.
