GBUnreliable, long processing, high fees. It’s hit or miss with this company. Phone customers service is the way to get anything done. It sucks I have to be on top of calling them non stop to get anything done. A check took 3 weeks to arrive at the office. (Not normal) which leads me to believe they are not processing on time. Then have to pay 50 for shipping expedited which took another WEEK after payment to get sent.after payment and confirmed multiple times they still asked for more confirmation before sending. Ignored all emails. Should have overnighted it at this rate for a basic envelope package. I might look into switching to another agent. Not reliable, super long processing times, confirmation emails are ridiculous. Just bad overall so far for my FIRST actual experience with them.

GBno support / chatbot paralegals I was a happy customer for several years. I recently tried to bring more work to them and discovered their support and paralegals are all chatbots. I was informed that for my questions, I would have to schedule and pay for an attorney meeting. When I asked which type of consultation, as none of the ones listed describe my question type, they only responded with chatbots, and phone support is non-existent. My only other issues with them was they double bill if you have a renewal payment failure, but that cost is pretty small.

GBWyoming LLC helped me open my small… Wyoming LLC helped me open my small business. The process was relatively straight forward, affordable, and quick. I really like the dashboard they offer to clients that enables you to quickly see all company information and documents. The customer support is okay, but could definitely be better. It's difficult to get answers to questions sent via email, however, they do offer a phone service that has been more helpful.

GBI don’t know who is taking payments on… I don’t know who is taking payments on your end but they seem to have had a problem doing so. As our records show they entered six times two different amounts 1) $179.00 2) $60.00 three to receive payment and three to refund payment. As a result this raised a red flag on our bank account as fraud. Bank of America then blocked our business account until we can resolve what happened. I was made aware via an email earlier this week this amount of $179.00 would be drawn out soon. I can’t explain the $60.00. Please note these 6 transactions did not result in a lose of funds for our company as either the bank took the money back or the person on your end replace it back into our account. Please contact your accounting department at your earliest convenience Thank you.

GBscammers DO NOT USE THEM! They stole my bank card! scammers DO NOT USE THEM! They charge outrageous fees! Not capable of doing mail forwarding. my bank correspondence with credit card was stolen! they create labels but never ship out anything although they charged me $50 for shipping. label was created nothing was sent. then they claim they send it to another address but refuse to provide any tracking. so basically my bank card disappeared at their office! I am filing a police report now! update on 24th of April: now they claim they send the bank card without any tracking! what liars and scammers! they charged me $50 on the 11th of april never send anything and now claim the package left without tracking. yeah right! you just stole or lost it! thats why you cant ship it out! and this is how your mail will be handled by them! unusable service!
