GBLost Paperwork My divorce papers have been lost in the mail for over two months. The tracking number shows it going back and forth between two states. Divorce.com has failed to rectify the problem claiming we are the mercy of the USPS. I tried to File a missing mail report but since I am not the sender or recipient I can do nothing about it. I started the process on 8/10/23. I will change this review once they fix the problem

GBHappy to be done There were a lot of duplicate entries instead of having answers carry over from one field to the next, particularly in the case of real estate assets. The need to enter the same data multiple times was inconvenient. Also, despite going through all of the fields and answering the questions, the system still made me go back through everything in a non-sensical way in order to get to the submission process. Other than that, the overall experience was good.

GBHighly Recommend It is very easy to use this service and they are very supportive. There is quick turn around with questions and paperwork. It made the whole process much easier.

GBIt’s taking forever It’s taking forever. None of the information entered is put on paper correctly which has led to multiple complaints and reaching out to get the paperwork fixed. We should have been divorced months ago but you can’t get the paperwork right. Hopefully it’s right this time and the judge signs it. I do not recommend at all.

GBUncontested divorce Mind you, I'm still in the process of filing, so this is technically a partial experience review. That said, so far the process has been unstressful. It's been a relief actually. They're detailed and available should you have questions or don't understand something. In my case, it's a clean divorce, both parties going there own way with what they came in with. But I imagine if it were more complex, Divorce.com would still be equipped to handle it.
