PKthe user interface is extremely rigid… the user interface is extremely rigid and limiting and the process has a lot of redundancy The 'schedule meeting' function is abysmal, it doesn't show available dates just lets you open it on your own and find out and when timeslots are available and you choose them, there is a delay before you are told that this meeting time is taken The Notaries themselves were awesome both times

TRPre-construction experience was horrible The video call was great and she was so helpful and nice. The problem was before the call. It was extremely hard to get an appointment and it was so difficult to use the appropriate app or browser to make the video call. It took me days and 4 devices (pc, mac, mobile phones) just to be able to connect. For a while I just thought it was impossible to do so and I was about to quit.

LKI had great difficulty in proceeding… I had great difficulty in proceeding with my notary cam procedure and they were realy helpful, quickly attending and was really helpful and patient with me. Really great service. Keep up the good work.

SEtech problems First, when trying to upload my EIF file I receive multiple error messages "something went wrong, please try again" Finally following another link I reach another part of the notarycam website with a different layout and manage to upload my documents. second, when trying to book an appointment with a noray online, the booking tool suggests multiple time slots but when trying to book them in the end it says that the appointment is already taken. Taken slots should not be available to choose from? third, When "testing my device" the internet connection in my home is very good but I still don't get the test to show me just that, it just keeps on with the test circle. However, the meeting with the notary went just fine and the connection was great. fourth, In a mail from notary just before the meeting I receive a mail that "urgent additional information is needed, please respond to this mail asap". However, when chatting with the notary, no additional information besides my passport was necessary. Finally I have had my. EIF verified, but a lot of tension an tech issues to work on. Best regards
