the user interface is extremely rigid… the user interface is extremely rigid and limiting and the process has a lot of redundancy The 'schedule meeting' function is abysmal, it doesn't show available dates just lets you open it on your own and find out and when timeslots are available and you choose them, there is a delay before you are told that this meeting time is taken The Notaries themselves were awesome both times

Pre-construction experience was horrible The video call was great and she was so helpful and nice. The problem was before the call. It was extremely hard to get an appointment and it was so difficult to use the appropriate app or browser to make the video call. It took me days and 4 devices (pc, mac, mobile phones) just to be able to connect. For a while I just thought it was impossible to do so and I was about to quit.

Technical difficulties but extremely… Technical difficulties but extremely helpful staff I had some technical difficulties regarding the access to the notary, document upload and ID verification. It took me hours to get my document notarized. However, I would like to personally thank to the extremely nice, patient and immensely helpful notary support specialist Tama Daggs, as well as notary Diane Palacio for their support and kindness. Thank you
