This "business" is a scam This "business" is a scam. They will charge you $500 then a month later they will tell you that fee was for an "investigation" and charge you another $3000. Then once you pay that and they file your taxes they will claim you only paid for tax prep, even though they will continually say resolution in their communications up to this point. Then after all this they will keep telling you their supervisor is on a call or in a meeting. Save your money and avoid Ideal Tax Solutions.

Feeling overwhelmed scared and… Feeling overwhelmed scared and embarrassed by my tax issues, i called ideal tax, and heard everything i needed to hear, and scrammed to come up with the money to pay them. I was under the impression things would move quickly and my payments wouldn’t start till after progress was made. I was passed from “ case manager” and after my initial payment stopped hearing from them. After many attempts to get clarity on the status of my case, I contacted the irs directly and got all the help, information and respect i could ask for. I feel i waisted my money and was mis lead a bit. Skip the middle man and go right to the irs. If its to good to be true, it is.

horrible experience ever. horrible experience ever.. they took my $15 thousand dollars, only to be told that the case manager had closed my case and didnt resolve anyting.. I tried calling so many times and no one would reply back.. I had lost so much sleep and the stress the people have cause me is unbearable, $15 thousand waisted for nothing..
