GBYou’ve got to give them a try. As this was my first time using GetDismissed’s services, I had been waiting to write a review until after the conclusion of my case. I am very happy to say my case was dismissed and ticket fee’s reimbursed. The people at GetDismissed were easy to work with and provided everything I needed quickly and correctly. GBI didn't want to review until I had results. Getdismissed communicated clearly every step of the way. I was able to email them and call them with questions. They achieved results by preparing documents in a way most people cannot. I feel I write well, yet I couldn't have done what they did on my own. In addition they advised me on the timing for mailing my defense package to increase chances of winning the case. It worked. The court dismissed my red light ticket. The service was well worth the fee.

GBThis company just wants to take your money and send you on your way. It's quick and easy, but the documents read like they're written by someone who barely passed English class. The salesman was clearly in a hurry and rushed through the call. He did answer my questions but failed to inform me that I would still have to pay the ticket when I send in the documents. I guess if the court waives the charge, then I'll get a refund. This should've been much clearer over the phone. I called to avoid paying $500, and now I'm paying $600 and hoping for a $500 refund. In addition, this customer service representative I spoke with just now to clarify the situation was rude didn't provide her name or anything beyond a one word answer. This company just wants to get your money and send you on your way.
