GBEase of Submission The team is very quick to answer the phone and answer any question you have. The process is simple and easy to follow as long as you have all the information to input. It guides you through every step. The Qdro team reviews at the end to be sure that no mistakes were made and offers suggestions to those answers that might be questionable to the court approving.

GBIn a very very difficult time in life In a very very difficult time in life, I received the help I needed, as well as compassion from Kathryn in the process. She made it very easy to understand and set my mind at ease. I can't thank you enough!!!!

GBCourt Order Acceptable for Processing (COAP) My retirement plan is with the Federal Gov't so QDROs are not appropriate. You must use a Court Order Acceptable for Processing (COAP) with my Gov't Retirement Plan, which is slightly different from a QDRO. There should be a Service Provider for COAPs. I think I will start one!

GBEasy to understand, easy to complete. The Q&A is easy to follow but I did have a few questions during the interview. When I rang the QdroDesk support number I got answered by a live person, not a machine which allowed me to complete the form quickly.

GBI was hesitant to use QdroDesk but… I was hesitant to use QdroDesk but decided to give them a try because I could not find any attorneys in my state who would work on my QDRO. My experience could not have gone any better. Their website is user friendly, thorough and an email question was answered in less than 24 hrs. The UP General Counsel said everything met their guidelines and my Qualifying Court Order was signed by the local County Court today. I highly recommend QdroDesk!
