As we had only printed one document during the Free Trial period, we were not charged a fee and our fee was refunded.Had I a need for more, multiple documents I believe that the price would have been acceptable. I have used eForms for quite awhile I have used eForms for quite awhile. Never needed support, until yesterday. I could not edit the heading of a document. By the way, you folks need to permit editing a title! Still.a 5☆ rating because of CJ. AI? Who cares? Customer service support was great! I had my doc revised in under 2 minutes. Great product. Most appreciated and highly recommended!

I only needed one document I only needed one document, so did not want to sign up for every month. After completing the one document, I asked customer service how to cancel my account. They did it immediately. Very satisfied. I would definitely pay their fee if I had more documents that I needed to do.
