GBStraight to the point questions... Questions are broken down piece by piece, unlike the 130 questions where it is all in one page, which makes it seem jumbled up. Also, I liked the fact that in some questions, Citizen has a highlighted portion that breaks the question further so that we understand what is being asked.

SEExcellent service Excellent service - less expensive than using a lawyer but just as knowledgeable I'd say. The staff is very friendly and helpful and the forms are straight forward to fill out. Prices compatible, much less than a lawyer.

GBMayra--you are our ANGEL… We've been on the immigration trek for two years.Two years and 20 attorneys later, Mayra was the *first* person to suggest to us to actually call USCIS and gets its judgement whether or not we need to get a waiver, and even gave us a secret way to get through to them immediately!
