GBWorth the wait After being declined compensation from BA, I sent my case to Flightright. The process was effortless for me. That as well was easy. I sent them my banking information through a secure website and received payment within a few days. Flightright does receive a large chunk of the compensation, but it was well deserved and worth it in my case. I would use them again in the future.

MKAfter waiting for 3 months After waiting for 3 months, I received an email stating that they approved €175, but they only sent me €99. Then, after two weeks, they claimed there was some error and sent another €99. Now, they are asking for €124 back. On what grounds? I will pursue legal action and sue them for fraud.
