GBShannon Warner is an asset to Amrock Shannon Warner was my notary. I had signed the documents I could that morning. I was trying to assure the camera and voice on my lap top was working. Then things went to pot. Shannan called me on my landline. I had to use my cell phone to sign the documents. Of course I had to sign in again. I am not real comfortable using computers. Shannon was so patient and upbeat. She was not worried about time. She was delightful. She walked me through what I needed to sign in just a few minutes.

GBCommunication was great Communication was great. We knew exactly what we needed to do. Customer service, when we called as my password was not working, were quick courteous and efficient. We pre-signed all documents that we could so the actual closing took less than 15 minutes!
