I wish I went to Documitra first. Documitra staff was easy to contact (not on weekends) and answered all my questions. I tried applying for my OCI directly with VFS and it was ridiculously confusing. I must have wasted hours and hours trying to figure out what VFS wanted. If I went first to Documitra, it would have saved me a lot of time and grief.
