Scamm !!!! Took my $20000 and block my account and customer support team not helping issues, I had the organization/company on my photo which can resolve the problem and withdraw money

transactions not pulled in I noticed that important transactions were not being pulled in with the API synch-- I contacted customer service, they said I really had to cross check everything to make sure it worked. I asked what was the point then of paying them? I told them I didn't like that process, they didn't apologize or offer assistance. Michael, the person I spoke with disconnected. What is the point of using a service if you can't trust them to bring in major transactions that affect your tax total? What a waste. I may as well do this all myself.

Absolute horrendous experience I used their service for 3 years in a row, with no problem whatsoever. They were the most expensive but service was great... then. One day I clicked the refresh button and everything turned to shaite. I suddenly had hundreds of Missing cost basis, but if you read the transactions list, all the info was there. Then started a several months battle. They have NO customers service - I am not kidding. No phone number to reach them! Only a chatbot redirecting you towards bs articles. I finally get in touch by email with "someone in the Development Team", assuring me it is a bug that only affected me, and now everything works. Big lies (lots of people I know had the same problems, my issues were NEVER fixed)... I finally had enough after months of headaches and went to CoinLedger, it is absolutely amazing there is no comparaison.

Tax Bit is tops in caring customer service! I had unsuscessfuly tried to use tax software prior to contacting TaxBit. Tax Bit customer service enabled me to upload documents!!! When I had a problem they would find a way to do things. They were all very positive, encouraging, and understanding! Plus what a GREAT feeling to finally have last year's taxes done and know they are correct! Thank you TaxBit personnel -Ally

Slick but Not a Home Run PROS: Easy integration for most exchanges and wallets. Interface is very nice, easy to navigate, definitely user friendly. Chat Support is responsive and Friendly. 14 Day Software Trial Option CONS:: No Hardware wallets, like Ledger imports available. Accurate coin totals don't show. No option to show stolen or lost transactions. Tier 2 support not available via chat. Summary: Many things to like but the software should be more mature for it's age. Hardware wallet integration is a must for a easy user experience and more customizable options/filters. Support is quick and responsive. Almost great, so close! That said, I will try it for a year and see what Taxbit does to make it better.
