This company is a cheat!! STAY AWAY! This company is a fraud!! They will cheat you of your money and refuse to return it to you. I have lost my house purchase as they refused to pay the sellers solicitors my full cash payment for the property purchase. They kept nearly £200,000 of mine in their personal accounts and misused my money. God knows if they invested my money and made money from it. They refused to send me statements of where my money was being kept hostage without my permission. After reporting them to the SRA and close to opening a police report, only then have they finally returned my money after 1 month of misuse. Dara singh and Remersh Kaur, Krishan all work together, convincing you to send them full monies, only then to ignore your calls and emails and make excuses not to complete the house purchase. They are all related internally and are misusing your money. Ross Coates himself is always too scared to attend any calls. I have taken steps on legal proceedings against this solicitors. I have reported them to SRA and now I will try and make a report to watchdog as well. PLEASE STAY AWAY. YOU WILL BE CHEATED BY THEM!

Lucy at Kesgrave office Lucy, who is based at the Kesgrave office of Ross Coates, is awesome! She is a consummate professional but also very down to earth, patient and easy to talk to and work with. She communicates well and responds quickly by phone and : or email and is never patronising even in response to the most basic of questions, Would not hesitate to use her again should the need arise,

Really, really do not use these I am still in the process of selling my house with this company after 4 months and am totally frustrated at the lack of response to emails. It is impossible to get through on the phone and they sat on the Management Pack for 1 month without passing it onto the buyers solicitors. This only happened after I got through to their complaints department and she did it, but unfortunately this lady has now left the company and they have removed the phone number from their complaints page. Do not pay up front for their fees!. I negotiated a lower upfront payment but still regret paying this because they have no incentive to work fast. I have pretty much had to liaise through the estate agent with the buyers solicitors to sort things out because otherwise I think it would take a year to complete! UPDATE If you think things cannot get worse then read on. The sale completed on Friday 26th April. It is now Wednesday 1st May and I dont have a completion statement, no reply to emails, unable to get through on phone and more importantly I still dont have the money! I dont even know how much I am getting. I only know completion was successful because the estate agent told me! Nothing whatsoever from the solicitors. I am extremely worried, dont put yourself in this position. This is the Whitehouse Road department by the way. I believe they have other offices too who may be better.

Great outcome with grateful thanks to Lucy Guerreiro We recently completed our property sale & purchase 15 days after a protracted & difficult period to exchanging contracts. Despite all the potholes along the way Lucy Guerreiro managed to get us moved on 16 February with completion proceeds only just received in time.
