GBThis is the third property transaction… This is the third property transaction Julia Beach at Warner Goodman has managed for me, and as always, she has provided great service. I will continue to use her in the future. Thank you!

GBUnprofessional and poor administration process We sought counsel from a litigation 'expert' within Warner Goodman. We were advised they would be able to represent us along with a breakdown of anticipated costs. Despite sending an email (read receipts on file) and a phone call to accept these costs nothing was done at all for over 2 weeks. No case file opened or appointments booked. After chasing them up and expressing our concerns about the poor progress, we received an email saying they now feel they can not represent. Very poor service from Andrew and Matthew and quite frankly grossly unprofessional.

GBThese solicitors take away the stress… These solicitors take away the stress out of buying a property. They are extremely thorough and keep you informed all the way. Thanks to Pam Kamal who has worked tirelessly on my case Excellent solicitors

GBThey are very slow They are very slow, unprofessional and charge you for every single email. Using them with the purchase of a flat, I did most of the work by chasing the lender and the agency and even the seller while solicitor team John Blake sat on their ass and did nothing most of the days. They even lied that they haven’t received documents when they did, every response or communication I would have would always be with a different person saying different things. Giving incorrect information most of the time and mostly they charge a lot more than the stated at the start, and they are not cheap to begin with. I would recommend stay away and find cheaper ones because these will just waste your time, money and nerves.

GBWG Want £2000+ to Read a Few Documents Before They Will Even Meet with Us and Discuss Our Case. The position of our boundary with our neighbour was legally redetermined several years ago, the Deed Plans for both properties therefore define the boundary position identically and to the inch. Having compared Deed Plans with our neighbour, we agreed to work on our boundary which was not then carried to reflect that boundary. Our neighbour then claimed that the boundary position was different and that he did not remember the Deed Plan he showed me. I approached Warner Goodman saying I had legal documents to prove my case. While I have more, the critical documents are just the one legally verified Deed Plan for each property. Matthew of Warner Goodman refused to even meet and discuss the case with me until I had copied all the documents to them and paid them for 5 - 10 hrs @ £225+VAT / hr to read them. I am 80 and my wife has serious health issues - I don't want something for nothing, but we cannot afford to risk our savings without a brief intitial discussion of our case and some sort of advice on what we should commit to.
