We were sent updates throughout the entire process and were able to monitor the progress via their dashboard. 100% fraud don’t waste your money I paid them to get verified and when I tracked the “package” that they sent to Instagram, it says that the package was picked up at a usps location. I know for sure an employee from instagram it’s not gonna go and pick up packages at a usps store, don’t waste your money 100% fraud
