From first contact with Jenine through to dealing with the property conveyancer Daisy the experience was excellent. I found Jenine to be efficient, professional and helpful as she explained the administration process and the documents required to start the process, i.e. Money Laundering identity etc. Contact was by e mail and telephone calls which were thorough. Once through this process my contact switched more to Daisy. As with Jenine very professional and efficient. The best test of an experience is how a company deals with an issue. We were faced with having to navigate around a bank requirement. Daisy was so helpful in solving the problem to everyone's satisfaction. Excellent professional service. Hillfort are strongly recommended.

Slow, unresponsive, changes without information, I had to call and request everything twice and over charged on the day of exchange even though I confirmed we'd paid three times prior, without warning and no reply in over month. I could go on and write more detail but its exhausting. Cheap and not so cheerful.
