David Piotrowski is THE VERY BEST IN LANDLORD LAW!! When we needed him, Attorney David Piotrowski was there and answered our call within minutes. In these days where customer service has been "sold down the river" David has given the practice of law a new standard -- THE GOLD STANDARD!! He not only was knowledgeable in the area of law which we needed but had the best way -- and the least expensive way -- of achieving our goal, that of delivering our tenants their peace and quiet back by eliminating the blight that lived in one of our apartments. This tenant had played loud music, wouldn't turn it down, abused his girlfriend, didn't work, screamed profanities at the other tenants and was eventually arrested by the police and charged with assaulting a police officer when he failed to comply with a restraining order filed by one of our tenants. David's advice and strategy was ultimately the deciding factor in convincing our nasty tenant to leave, along with his accomplice, his girlfriend. If you have problem tenants, David is YOUR MAN!
