Outstanding customer service I have been trying for over a year to get my account closed out. Kanesha is the only one that was willing to listen to my reasoning and took my account to upper management. I hope Helbing understands how lucky they are to have a dedicated employee like Kanesha working for them. For anyone working with helping Law Group I would strongly suggest you ask for Kanesha Strokes to be your client relation person is she follows up on what she says she’s going to do for you. You will not be disappointed. Thank you again, Kanesha for all of your hard work. It’s nice to know there are still employees out there that do care about their job and the customers.

Paying off my debt , no panacea My debt was re negotiated and paid off. The vendor further ruined my credit for years afterwards by comments and ratings. Helbring refused my calls as soon as the deal was made. Helbring refused to contact them or do anything. In hindsight, I would have been better off filing bankruptcy. Think carefully, just paying the settlement is not enough to restore your credit. Its not even enough to rebuild your credit.

My credit rating was suffering My credit rating was suffering. I’ll admit it was my own fault. This company was a life saver. They settled all my accounts and my I credit score is improving. I think all these people who are giving these bad reviews expect to get something for nothing. Well to me getting my good name back is worth every penny.

I called with some questions about my… I called with some questions about my account & Abel is the one who assisted me. He was very friendly, helpful, caring, & professional. He then led me to & assisted me in setting up my Client Portal. He explained all of my account information that is at my fingertips on the Portal, but also he gave me his personal contact information if I have any additional info or convenience concerns. He relieved my concerns & I feel that it's one less thing I have to concern myself with. Quite refreshing.

After calling multiple time people in the help desk weren’t able to help as must as he did. I’m thankful that my account is being managed by someone like Peniel.
