GBThanks Cordoba I called Cordoba today 4/23/2024, to cancel my account out of frustrations at work and despair with my creditors calling me all the time. I got Hector over the phone, who was introduced to me as the cancellation rep. Honestly, if there was anything more than 5 stars to give, i wouldn't hesitate a bit to give Hector a 10 !! He was so patient, friendly and yet very professional. He showed me the development and showed me how my accounts are starting to settle, despite the fact that I am only on my 3rd month with Cordoba. Thank you so much Hector and thanks to Cordoba. I am keeping my account and can't wait to graduate the program and feel financially free again .

GBNo satisfaction Only ½ of the issue with AC/HEAT was solve. The argument why the whole problem was not facet is not valid, because no accident had happened to the equipment, except it stopped functioning; then technicians restarted the AC, not the heater.
