Over time, however, the service, patience, knowledge, tenacity and experience proved to be over the top! I was in way over my head, with six years of taxes missing and over $100G in arrears. I was very hesitant to trust a company… I was very hesitant to trust a company with my taxes because I have been burned before. I called instant tax solutions with the hopes that they were different from companies I’ve worked with in the past. My expectations were met and even exceeded. Megan and Avery were very on top of things and made the whole process easy for my old brain to comprehend. Katie was also a huge help in my case. Having a garnishment on my wages made it impossible to pay my bills, I needed to figure out something that was going to work with my budget. ITS got me an offer and compromise and it reduced my tax debt back in a way that isn’t detrimental to my life. I am eternally grateful for all the work instant tax solutions did on my behalf. I'm bad at reviews I'm bad at reviews, but rebekkah helped us through several years of tax issues. She was thorough, and made me feel safe. She always followed through and responded to all of my questions, keeping in constant contact. The receptionists were nice, and the tax preparers did a great jobletting me know everything i needed.
