My experience with Precision Tax Relief… My experience with Precision Tax Relief has been 5-stars all around, and especially in comparison with other tax agencies (which were extremely scammy). PTR's staff (Taylor, Shana, Eric, Ariel, Tracy, and many others) was always able to answer my questions, answered all of my questions, and made sure that I was fully aware of the fees. During the entire case, I knew that PTR would handle any issues that came up with the IRS, and this was an incredible stress relief. If anyone wants to get their taxes done properly and get caught up on their taxes -- I can highly recommend PTR, and I know you won't regret it.

From start to finish Precision Tax was… From start to finish Precision Tax was amazing!! Cindy was able to answer all my questions. She fought for me against an IRS agent who was very difficult to deal with. She always returned my calls and updated me all the time with my case. I can not say enough great things about everything she and the company did for me. The billing department was great as well. If you find yourself having to deal IRS, Your 1st and only call should be to Precision Tax.

Precision Makes It Easy! Precision made a longtime personal burden VERY easy to deal with. Because of both chronic physical and mental health issues, I hadn’t filed my taxes in years. I was always worried that filing *this* year would only bring attention to it, and didn’t even know how to get right with the IRS. My tax professional at Precision, Trung Nguyen, made it so easy and was INCREDIBLY patient with me. And their secure portal makes uploading documents safe and secure. In the end, we’ve finished the last six years as required by the IRS, and it looks like I’ll come out owing $0. And now I can move forward without this hanging over my head. I highly recommend them. They’re professional, decent (as in kind), and I’ll happily go back to them to prepare my taxes next year.

Resolving my tax situation initially… Resolving my tax situation initially appeared to be a very emotional & daunting task to say the least. It was challenging finding a tax service where I would not feel taken advantage of. When I investigated Precision Tax I found them to be a breath of fresh air. They were very compassionate, patient & non-judgmental. Together we worked through the process to come to a comfortable resolve. At the final stage of the process Mr. Owen Strobel offered exceptional customer care with consistency. This helped to put my mind at great ease.
