Excellent customer service I was not sure initially because of negative reviews but I have already wasted my 1 year with another agency so I got on with their services, my crs score is 435, so no chance of getting shortlisted. In 3 months with betterplace immigration I got my Prince Edward Island Nomination, very prompt and helpful relationship manager, thank you.

The customer service is very poor The customer service is very poor. They do not take initiative to give updates until you ask them to provide the information that they promised to provide. Also since they know that my CRS scores are low the last whatsapp message i sent to them until now no reply. Also they used whatsapp to chat only and give you update so unprofessional

Be Careful I'm not sure about Betterplaceimmigration is real or not. But one thing for sure They had me to pay $750. And personally i'm not sure if they will refund 100%. But be careful if you really expect to moved to Canada from Internet. And they used Call not Zoom Meeting or Google Meeting. So I'm not sure if they real one or just another fake professional one
