Their Support is AMAZING Their Support is AMAZING. They will step by step walk you through any necessary changes and adjustments. Jegors the customer support rep helping me went above and beyond, let me know what the next steps were, told me who to call, what to ask for, and where to go for the next filings. I had a SUPERB experience and am beyond pleased.

Eezyimport really did make it easy! Eezyimport really did make it easy! I am career car salesman, I have sold many cars within the U.S. and have sold cars for export overseas. Never have I imported a car, so I was totally clueless on what to do. Once I picked out and paid for a car I did a bit of online research and saw Eezyimport pop up several times all with people saying they had a positive experience. Well, Jegors and the other staff members I have dealt with have been super helpful with all questions I had at any point in the important process and even beyond with helping me gather the forms needed for registration. Overall I would recommend them to anyone importing a vehicle and will certainly use them for any future imports.

Love the support for active filing I did one filing and was happy with the support I received. I wanted to complete the next steps and emailed support about it. There was some misunderstanding about the email I was contacting them at and it was rectified. I am continuing using them for the next step. Being 40 years in the business, they know their stuff really well. I made mistakes on entering data, but their process makes helpful suggestions that helped me fix the entries.

Chat support eventually got it done Chat support eventually got it done, with patience. I think the online forms could be much more intuitive for filling and editing. I also found I had to close the chat window to actually send the revisions. This, using Mozilla. I was confused by codes and moreso, the online merging of ISF [demanded NOW] and arrival notice [much later] data.
