GBThis company is a scam. I've had this policy for about a year now. I've had one claim for a leaky washer that's still leaking to this day. Multiple service calls and now I'm trying to call once again and I find that their website portal is there but I can't log into it, I get a 403 error. The phone number on the website doesn't work. I had to google for a legit phone number and as per usual, I get the answering service that is staffed by the most unhelpful lot. I have placed multiple calls and have yet to receive one and you can't ask for a manager because there just isn't one. I also found that they stopped charging my policy premium for last two months so do I even have a policy any more?

GBExcellent service Placed my first claim on Monday. Priority had a technician assigned the same day and had my washer replaced. The unit arrived today and they even got someone to help with disposing my older unit! Such an upgrade from my last home warranty provider

GBSTAY AWAY! I purchased this warranty for my homebuyers and it has been nothing short of disappointing. The phone number automatically disconnects when you try to call them, emails go unanswered & this is just to get my home buyers information added to the account! There’s no claims to be made! I am cancelling the contract and going with another service because I do NOT trust that this company will be trustworthy.

GBMy claim was handled quickly My claim was handled quickly. The contractor who came to our house was informative and helpful. Very happy with the experience. The pool repair technician spent time with my husband giving him advice on what to buy to keep our pool running better and our chemicals to last longer. He suggested a few products to buy. No complaints.

I was interested in covering my appliances, ac unit, water heater, etc. Nathan was able to answer all of my questions. He was very pleasant, courteous, and very helpful.
