GBI’ve had such negative experiences… I’ve had such negative experiences working with other companies but Tend has made me realize that people in the home warranty space actually do care for their customers! The price is a great value and being able to call my own service provider saved me a huge headache! The claims team was friendly and I got paid much quicker than other companies I’ve dealt with. 5 stars!

GBI like selecting the contractors, plus well priced I recently switched to Tend. I have not submitted a claim yet, but I really like being able to select a good contractor myself -- the previous company I used always sent terrible contractors that were unable to fix any problems... And the premium is much less than with that other company.

GBGetting a Tend home warranty was so… Getting a Tend home warranty was so easy. I feel good knowing if I need a repair I can call a provider I choose and the job will get done quickly.

GBI have only signed up a couple of… I have only signed up a couple of months ago hoping that if something goes wrong in the future all will be good. I signed up on line it was easy to do. Look forward to peace of mind in helping with repair costs that you never know may happen.
