ePest Solutions Online is a Terrible Supplier I had a professional exterminator treat my entire house for ants. He recommended that I order MaxForce Quantum to apply anywhere I saw residual ants, for a couple of weeks after his treatment. So I ordered this product from ePest Solutions Online, through Amazon. The supplier showed it "In Stock" on the Amazon product page. I placed my order on 4/25/2017, expecting to get it within about a week, which is typical for Amazon 3rd Party Supplier orders. It is now 17 days later (May 11) and I still have not received my order, so the follow up ant control treatment could not take place. Before you order anything from this company, go to Amazon and pull them up and read their "Seller Feedback" reviews, which I did not, prior to ordering, and should have. There are quite a few complaints about extremely slow shipping. Bottom line, there are numerous other sellers, for pest control products, both on Amazon and direct, who will be far superior to this lousy company. I demanded a refund from them (after 17 days) and their abrupt response was, "here is your tracking number".

Awful Customer Service I placed my order the beginning of May. they called a week later and said something I ordered was out of stock, but they could replace it with a similar product. OK. No problem. It is now nearly the middle of June and despite multiple calls and messages I have still not received my products or even received communication of any kind (they always promise to fix it and then I have to call again a week later). I sure have been charged however. Just an awful experience all the way around.

Don't Buy From Them! You Will Be Sorry! I own a local pest control company and I'm always looking for good companies to work with. Before I place a large order with a company I always do a couple of test orders to see how they do. This company was a total fail on both orders I placed. They advertise 2-5 day shipping, but apparently that didn't apply to me as I had to wait almost two weeks before the items were even sent. And that was after several phone calls inquiring about my order. This happened on both test orders we placed. The company also advertises they are an accredited business with the Better Business Bureau, but apparently that is a lie too. So after two failed orders this company has proven themselves to be incompetent in fulfilling our needs.

consciencious service one of my nieghbors (I think) took it off of my front porch because of the squall we were having at the moment of delivery that morning. Then I think he thoought it was possibly medical pot, he took it. After Ihad the cops ask if he took it in cause of the weather, he said no, and left 45 minutes later for 20 minutes or so when he ditched it somewhere. When I finally found the answaer to be that I would have to contact the sender, it was a piece of cake after I contacted E-pest solutions. They were nice to me on the phone, and had another two rolls of stuff-it out to me in no time. My customer was understanding, and I was able to still do the application before the weather got too cold. It just seemed like a good karma expierence for me, and that does not allways happen. The initial ordering was easy to read, and do too. Thanks.
