GBGood Service, But... Techs did a good job and were courteous, but seem more interested in selling more service. I'm guessing this comes from the front office. I got rid of the spiders in my shed with a simple spray bomb from the Dollar Store. This was after GoForth failed. I tried to downgrade my service, but continued to be billed at a higher rate. I severed the contract.

GBCommunication The annual billing is no longer automatically offered. It is with other services. Aeration service feels like they are in a race to get done. They missed one complete side of my yard and had to return to finish the job a week later. But I would add that the service tech are great to work with. Communication from the office is lacking.

GBLove my pest control tech, Louis and lawn tech, Brandon Louis is a fantastic pest technician, he is very detailed and always on time. I also like Brandon, my lawn technician. My main concern is with the company. There have been several times that I have had to call and check up on when service is coming. Pest control has always shown up, but there are times when lawn service has not shown up on their designated month. This is frustrating since money is automatically debited on the first of each month and I feel I am constantly checking up on service since no text, emails or phone calls are made to update me on when they are coming.

GBBillng With the previous Elium exterminators, was more clear about what I was paying for. New service requires being attached to a monthly payment and I never agreed to that! I prefer a service actually performed before I pay!

GBExcellent Technician James arrived on time (in fact a few minutes early). He was courteous, professional, and went straight to work. He did a thorough check of all premises and completed all treatments necessary. When finished, he gave me a report on what he found (all good). Highly recommend.
