Do not use Rentokil Albury Do not use Rentokil Albury. I have recently had a terrible experience with these guys. Failed to check bait station on time because apparently I was too far away after they had already committed to the job. In this time i had termites move to other areas of the house. Following that i had trouble getting a report from them and when i did it was not even for my property.

I was disappointed with this visit as… I was disappointed with this visit as the person who came for the inspection was half an hour late. The appointment was for 7am so I was awake and ready, but had to sit around waiting for him to turn up which he eventually came at 730. Last appointment I had the same person and he was also late and went to the wrong house. Previous to these two appointments, the person doing the inspections was always at my door at the specified time.

A good company and people Over the years that I have used Rentokil I found them to be very professional and competent in their work. The technician I have had in this time, Ron, has always kept me informed on what he is doing, what needs to be done and I have found him to be very polite and helpful.It is he and his work ethics that keep me to continuing to use Rentokil. I would also add that their products work very well and leaves my property pest free from one inspection to the other.

They will never stop sending spam They will never stop sending spam emails. Don't even contact this company as they will never leave you alone. There is no option to "unsubscribe" from their emails, which is illegal.

St. George’s rd ps. Simon visited us today because of a fresh outbreak of white ants. He was prompt helpful and polite. He answered each question with a full explanation. We have used Rentokil over many years but have found the level of expertise lacking in the recent visits. Simon has given me hope we will once again start to be given the service we have been paying for. Regards marg
