GBLong-time customer I have used Caccia Plumbing for 10 years and have always been very happy with their service. My wife and I bought a house in 2007 that had been completely renovated and sold. We were the first occupants post-renovation and quickly discovered that whoever had been hired to do the plumbing left much to be desired. Enter Caccia. They have been steadily upgrading and/or fixing things and we have never had a recurrent problem. However, we have a basement room that has a sump pump to keep dry. It needs regular maintenance and I have complete confidence in Caccia's ability to keep it running. We also hired them to add a battery backup. Their work is superb and their prices are reasonable. Every plumber that has come to my house has impressed me with their professionalism, friendliness, competence and courtesy. I can't recommend them enough.

GBWonderful treatment Wonderful treatment. Repeat customer. Timely arrival, worked the entire time, no messing around. Solved problem without much fuss. They are NOT the least expensive, but in this case you get what you pay for.

GBExcellent plumbing service! We've been using Caccia Plumbing for more than 20 years for various problems that crop up in our house. They are always prompt, personable, and excellent at what they do. Their prices are fair and the work is always good. They're not good for emergency calls (usually they are booked at least a day in advance). But if you can wait a day or two to fix your plumbing problem, you can be assured that they will give you the right advice and do an excellent job for you.

GBI LOVE Caccia Plumbing I LOVE Caccia Plumbing! They have the BEST customer service anywhere. I have never been disappointed with any work they have performed here, in my home, or in my rental property. You mIght find a less expensive plumber, but you will not find a better plumber!

GBCommitment to quality service Couple of issues over the past few months. New hot water heater first, and super-old galvanized metal pipes caused a flow issue. Then a stopped-up toilet -- plastic item got flushed and then wouldn't move up or down through pipes. Each time the people who came out (George, Joseph, Ruben) went over all options/costs (old pipes/toilets added to the problems), answered all questions thoroughly, giving good explanations if I didn't understand something - and everything got fixed. At no point was there an attitude of "oh well, you've got old pipes so that's just the way it goes." Yes, the cost is a little more but the quality of service and commitment to ongoing good customer relations is worth it.
