GBIf I could give zero stars If I could give zero stars, I would. After contract signed, the costs increased, the packing was slip shod and the relo was late and time consuming. Simply the worst customer service in the industry. The subcontractors were cheap and inexperienced and several items were broken, damaged, torn or in worse condition when they arrived. No help from the executives or the management. I cannot recommend them at all.

GBThis company is beyond shady This company is beyond shady. The movers were supposed to arrive at 4 pm Wednesday. I called the dispatcher to complain. He promised they’d arrive 10 a.m. the next morning forcing me to reschedule my flight out of town. The movers showed up 3 hrs late on Thursday (1 pm). When the movers arrived they smelled like marijuana. Despite the dispatcher assuring me they would remove and pack my television wall mounts the movers refused to remove the television mounts. I called the dispatcher several times during the move to complain about the movers working slowly and their lack of professionalism. The dispatcher promised to send 2 additional movers to expedite the move so I wouldn’t miss my already rescheduled flight. Only 1 additional mover arrived over an hour later and despite starting at 1 pm having to only disassemble two Ikea style beds and move 10-12 packed boxes. They were still moving 6 hrs later. After they drove away I didn’t hear from the movers until I called 5 days later to ask where my household goods were only to be told they were in their warehouse in Miami and I now owe almost twice the initial cost. They have been dishonest since they showed up to my house and now they are holding my home goods hostage and demanding more money. DON’T NOT USE THS MOVING COMPANY!

GBHighly Recommended. Scott and his team turned out to be a blessing for me, they were punctual and he gave me his personal number so I could reach out anytime I needed assistance but luckily never needed it. Highly Recommended.

GBWorse customer service The customer service were never help me when a estimate was taking wrong . They make you believe they take care of the situation the first day. Before you sign up the bill of lender with the deposit ,after they get the money you are fxck off , and they never will give you the refund back . Never take the calls . A guy called Mike make you believe he give you his personal phone number to you for comunication but he never reach to you ,this people are miserable . Dont sign anything or pay anything to them.

GBNegative 5 Star they damage my Furniture and House! Negative 5 Star they damage my furniture damage. The doorway couldn’t move an item I had pointed out from the very beginning was the key thing I needed moved, use them, because got a discount through the realtor, and wasn’t worth it. Tried to charge me more money, then wouldn’t give me money back on the damage they cost to my furniture, they did send somebody to repair the door frame on the house sold to somebody else. Don’t recommend these people very unhappy. I regret using them because of the damage they’ve caused to my brand new furniture.
