Terrible terrible terrible service Terrible terrible terrible service! Do not use! Price doubled on pick up. Was told property would be delivered within 3-7 days (only 10 hours away from the pick up) and I'm now nearly 30 days later with nothing in site, no date when things will be delivered and repeated misdirection. My things are supposedly on a truck. I could have driven my things one by one and saved a lot of money. Don't be hoodwinked by this company

Absolute worst experience Absolute worst experience. Was screwed by Tommy. Said the reviews are bad but how they handle them is what makes it a good company. The day I agreed I never heard from him again until I called from a new number. Move destroyed majority of our stuff and I did most of the physical labor because they didn’t have enough movers. We waited 4 months for an insurance claim that returned 300 dollars when thousands were damaged. This company is absolute trash. DO NOT TRUST THEM.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. DO NOT CONTRACT WITH THEM. I'm trying to do you a favor by writing this review. I strongly believe all the 5-star reviews are fake. Just go to the Better Business Bureau website and look at their 1.64 out of 5 star reviews or go to Yelp. Contracted them for a 4+ bedroom cross country move from VA to OR. They will charge you double what they initially quote. We were quoted $5500 and charged $12,000. We filed 60 belongings that were cracked, scratched, broken, torn or damaged in some fashion. Currently working through their exceptionally tedious insurance policy protocol. Response time is abysmal and professional attitude is severely lacking. They subcontract random people to pack and unpack your belongings, so there is no quality control at all. They hire day workers to do the moving.

Don't trust the fake good reviews. They'll steal your belongings. Our family scheduled a move with them from California to Utah. They gave us a really good price and when we looked at the reviews we were excited and paid a $500 advance. Then came the nightmare. They just decided to not answer calls, show up or anything at all. READ THEIR CONTRACT WHICH REQUIRES YOU TO MAIL A REFUND REQUEST WITHIN 5 DAYS AND EVEN THEN THEY CAN JUST KEEP YOUR MONEY. A PHYSICAL, WRITTEN REQUEST IS WHAT THEY REQUIRE. Total Scam!
