GBWorst Moving Experience Ever This company is a broker and none of the money you pay them actually goes toward your move. And their fee is based on the estimated cubit footage you'll need for the move, when it should be a standard fee for their service. All they do is get a list of your items, give you an estimate of cubic footage and arrange for a moving company. So I paid $3K for that? I wouldn't recommend this company if they gave me back my $3K.

GBToo bad you can’t leave a 0 star… Too bad you can’t leave a 0 star review. They’re liars, scammers, and thieves! Ended up paying more than 2x the initial quote, delivery was ‘delayed’ by over 2 weeks, items broken - including my bed, which also had missing parts, and many items missing. Monetarily, “missing” items worth over $3000; sentimental items “missing” are irreplaceable and priceless. Tried to file a claim through their insurance, but thanks to their incompetence, papers I needed weren’t sent to me and claim was denied. Thanks, Elizabeth, US Moving Group, and Lucrative Van Lines!

GBSCAM!! DO NOT GIVE YOUR CARD INFORMATION This company is a scam. Pleasant sales person asks all the right questions and is friendly, which makes you believe it is legit. I asked if the quote could be sent so I can think it over and the sales guy immediately got defensive and extremely pushy. He asked what was the delay? Why wouldn’t I just pay right now? Why wouldn’t I just do this? I began to get uncomfortable and said boldly “I am not going to give you my credit card information on this phone call”. He replied “FINE!!!!” And hung up.
