GBNo refund This is an update to a prior review I gave this company (that review was one-star also) on Yelp and on mymovingreviews.com. They promise a refund minus 20% within 45 business days after the contract is cancelled. It's been 55 business days, and I have not received a refund. I cancelled on May 1st. There has been no repsonse from this company after several emails asking about the refund. I am certain now that I will never get my money back, or even the partial refund minus the 20%. Be warned, THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM!! DO NOT USE THEM! DO NOT TRUST THEM!

GBThis company is a SCAM This company is a SCAM! Do not give them any money. They require a deposit to hold your reservation. They won't let you get off the phone until they close the sale. Then when you try to cancel, they will give you the runaround. I'm still trying to get my money back and it's been TWO WEEKS since I cancelled. Red flag, all the reviews on their website are recent. I wish I would have trusted my gut and hung up the phone!

GBDO NOT USE!!! DO NOT USE!!! They do not tell the truth about their services or charges. I called them, they gave me a great price quote, they said it was soo cheap, because I was booking with them soo far in advance. The representative I spoke to, Mark Andrews, told me over and over again, that If I cancel I get a full refund on my deposit. Priceline Van Lines required a third of the total cost for the move, down as a deposit, for me that was 875.00 dollars. I agreed to the terms, but after 24 hours I emailed them stopping the process. I then called them to find out if they received my email ,and they did. They said that according to the contract , they keep 20 percent of the deposit, which would have been 170.00 for my deposit. I agreed to pay that, and then they tried taking 397.00 with an echeck, that I DID NOT Agree to. I then called them about this charge, and I was told that they keep 20 percent of the total price quote, not just the deposit!!!! Do Not Use this company!!!!

GBDon't ever use Price Line Van lines Don't ever use Price Line Van lines. They quoted us a great price we could afford, which was evidently lower than any movers would actually do the job for. They cancelled at the last minute, telling me they couldn't find anyone to do it for the price, even though they had told us that they had booked us on a shipment that was already going in the same direction (from Cedar Rapids to Salt Lake), and left us in a really bad spot. We've been trying to get our refund of our deposit back for over 2 weeks now, and just got an email that it will actually be 45 days to get our money back. 😡🤬 I don't become a Karen often, but they're pushing me to it. If we didn't have my in-laws, I don't know what would have happened because our furniture couldn't stay where it was, but we had no way of moving it on our own, even to goodwill.
