Brilliant Job!! We scrambled, looking for a moving company that could pick us up on short notice, and A&M Moving Services stepped up without question and made it happen. They do not just make it possible to be picked up on the same day, but the move was cheaper working through them than the previous company. They made this move easy and stress-free. I will recommend them!

Fearful delivery Crew that picked up was marvelous. Crew that delivered were stoned, did not assemble furniture as promised, and damaged my property and some furniture. Signed as received in good condition simply to get them out of my house, which had to be aired out for hours in northern New York in the dead of winter to get the stench of weed out. Because we signed the delivery paper, the company nor the insurance firm would pay any restitution for the damage done. The delivery crew could not figure out how to get the sofa in the door they were so out of it. They had no tools to reassemble anything and did not even have a cutter to remove the wrapping on the furniture. The experience was bad enough but the $300 plus we spent to repair the damages was insult on top of injury. To top it all, we were never given any of the documents (Bill of lading or inventory sheet) to support our claims. Was that an oversight or intent?

Use them again!! The person I talked with over the phone was terrific. Send me a follow-up email after we speak to confirm the move. Just great service. The movers came on time and went right to work after the initial walk-thru. They were all friendly and very professional. Hiring movers can be an added expense during a move, but it is was worth every penny!!! They moved me ultimately in like two hours. Nothing scratched, nothing broken, and they were courteous to where I wanted things. I will recommend them!

Not good, costs tripled. … This company basically tripled the price. I agree with other comments they put you in a bind and you have no choice but to go with them. I will say the team that picked up my furniture were fantastic. The team that delivered it were awful. There were two of them, one worked for A&M the other was picked up as a day laborer. He did better than the employee. FAYI was the employee he did not give a care about our belongings seemed like he could not be bothered. Did not want to put furniture together I had to call Mo at dispatch and he had to tell him to do it. My dryer is broken along with some other things. Claim has been filed. The moving costs are horrendous and I will never do it again. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY the costs will keep going up

Unprofessional and dishonest company Had them move my daughters items from Texas to Connecticut. No communication after pick up then the driver Nash held my daughters items hostage until she paid the “new” charges upfront. Mow the service caller was useless and literally told me to file an insurance claim with the company to get money back, even if there was no damage or missing items. Dishonest and unprofessional. Will never record or use company again.
