Do not use United Pro Van Lines out of Ft Lauderdale … Do not use this company united van lines, only contracts this out and the people they contract to are very inexperienced. They will break and lose your stuff and you are just stuck with it. They will say that you’re still up and then not show up for delivery and they say that that’s OK because it’s logistics with the carrier that they decide to give you. WORSE move ever and you will be sorry if you use this company and the way do business. ****I have been advised to file a claim through small claims court. *** Do NOT use this company. You WILL be sorry

Do not use United Pro Van Lines!! Do not use United Pro Van Lines!!! It is a complete scam set up. They will quote you a number and then the mover will load over half your stuff and then say due to space it will be xx higher amount by thousands. I actually had significantly less furniture items than what was originally quoted. Once they have your stuff they have you cornered. Again do not use this company…absolutely horrible experience.

From day one it was lie after lie after lie. Ripped me off for over $3000! Lied to me and doubled the original quote price! The mover did nothig but continually rub his crotch and talk to me like I was stupid!

Great Help! Had to get a quick, emergency move completed right around the holidays. With the holidays around - made it hard to find a group to move me in the time I needed. I was lucky to get on the phone with Tony and he was able to get the info he needed from me and price out the move. Although the pricing was more than I wanted to spend initially- Tony made things very clear and understanding for me as I dont move alot. The pickup went fairly smooth (only because they were about 45 minutes behind schedule, but with it being the day after christmas thats okay with me). The crew got my items swiftly up to Virginia quickly and most importantly- in one piece! Quite a different experience than I have had with movers in the past. After 106 days I have not received my… After 106 days I have not received my deposit refund. Lots of excuses and terrible phone attitude now that I’ve cancelled my order.
