Would not recommend From start to finish they were very detailed with the move. They saved me $700 from a previous quote I received and included packing of my China wear. When the movers arrived they did a great job and ensured my items arrived safely! Would highly recommend!

THIS COMPANY SHOULD BE SUED AND PUT OUT… THIS COMPANY SHOULD BE SUED AND PUT OUT OF BUSINESS. ANYONE READING THIS SHOULD NOT USE THE COMPANY IN MOTION MOVERS OR USA LOGISTICS In June 2021, I had a ten day Escrow and needed to move in a hurry, I called IN MOTION MOVERS, Isabel assured me they could handle my move from Menifee California to Loganville Georgia , I requested additional insurance but she insisted that the Company’s insurance was enough so I had nothing to worry about. They send USA LOGISTICS out to pack and move me, the driver Will, along with three young men, two Hispanics and one Black, the first thing they pick up to wrap they broke. Before they finished packing they broke three items. They held my stuff, only God knows where, until the end of July, and delivered them at dark in a U-haul driven by a man who was partially crippled, to my storage unit. When I was able to view my stuff, two safes was broken into and ALL my jewelry and personal items was stolen and the safes was taped up, my 65” TV, stolen, printer stolen, an Angel painting of my Son who passed away, stolen. A big purple painting along with several boxes with Tens unit heating pads and other medicine equipments all stolen. All my boxes was open and taped back up, crystals glasses stolen. The only thing I was life with was a few broken glasses and music boxes and my clothing and bedding. I felt like I was raped, how can people do this and get away with it? I think it’s time we stand together against companies like this and bring a class action suit against them. No one has the right to destroy and ruin people’s life like this, these were MY stuff, I paid them thousands of dollars to move me and they refuse to take responsibility. It seems they pickup thugs to do the job and making additional money from stealing from customers.

They are Liars As the previous review said, DO NOT use this company, they are a broker and they give your stuff to someone else, who gives it to someone else. Brian from In Motion Movers assured me he wouldn’t be able to sleep at night if what he was telling me was wasn’t the truth. I was moving my 86 year old mother to Iowa and I needed to be sure everything was on the up and up because I wasn’t going to be there, he said I understand and I wouldn’t be able to sleep at night if I wasn’t telling you the truth for your mom( I feel sorry for his mom and hope when she’s old nobody ever does this to her) Anyways he is a liar, they brokered my stuff to USA Logistics(which was worse then them) told me the stuff would be there within 7 to 10 days and would get the drivers name and phone number. None of that happened. USA logistics charged us more money, said our stuff took up more room then we paid for, every time we called they told us would get a call with update. Needless to say it took 30 days to get there and lots of stress and worrying, cost us more money and they are nothing but Liars who take your money. Go ahead and use them if you want , but you have been warned. I wish I would of read reviews 1st. The reviews they have that are good, have to be bogus. Also their customer service person Ruby, don’t believe anything she says either. I don’t know how either of these people can sleep at night knowing they are doing this to people. What kind of people want to work for a business like this

Very transparent and reasonable prices… Very transparent and reasonable prices for state to state. Would highly recommend. I did not use them but they were so nice and informative that I had to give them 5 stars!

SCAMMERS! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! The owner of this company is Gina Ricchiuti @ 516-241-9929. They moved their office to 1490 S. Military Trail #3, West Palm Beach, FL 33415. My wife and I decided to move from upstate New York to South Carolina. We went online to request a few quotes and received a call from In Motion Movers. Answering that call was our first mistake! They extorted more money from us over the phone the day before the move, then the driver demanded more money from us on the day of the move. It was an absolute scam!
