DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY OR YOU WILL BE SCAMMED! We chose this company because we were told the very inexpensive cost compared to other movers. What we should have done was read the reviews first. Given a price, then they changed it a bit because they said we had a bit more things to add to the list. When they came to pick up our furniture, they increased it several thousand more, but because they wrapped everything so well, we paid them again. When our furniture arrived a couple of weeks later then we were told, it was in a small van and it was water soaked and things were broken and warped. They said we owed a thousand dollars more than we were told. Argued and they finally agreed. We wouldn’t have paid but they wouldn’t unload if we didn’t pay first. Wish we could have seen the damage first before we paid!! Bad company!!

What a wonderful moving experience What a wonderful moving experience! The 3 guys we had, Darius, Sam, and John, were great and very knowledgeable. They handled our items with care and were personable and quick. Absolutely would use Venture Van Lines again and recommend to all friends and family.

They are a bunch of scammers Do not use this company. They are a fraud and hold your items hostage if you don’t give them more than agreed from the contract. Horrible DO NOT USE them. They went through another company called Federal moving and Storage that took our stuff because we didn’t Zelle him money to his personal account. We were going to pay with card to the company but he wanted us to have no tracking. They are a scam and a fraud.

SCAMMERS BEWARE SCAMMERS BEWARE. These reviews are fake bought reviews. The one stars are the actual reviews of customers they scammed. I was scammed out of a $1,000.00 deposit. Tried to cancel in the 72 hour time frame and Jack, Don, Katherine are trying to reassure me to not cancel. I went to the bank and put in a dispute with services hopefully I will get my money back. They are a brokerage that collects a high deposit for finding you movers. YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ADDITIONAL HIGH PRICES FOR MOVERS. DO NOT TRUST THESE SCAMMERS

Tony will lie to you to get the contract signed and once you sign and pay deposit you’re at the mercy of the outsourced moving company who basically gives you a new estimate. And Kate the manager is useless too. Avoid at all costs. If you’re moving in Florida, by pass venture van lines and call Crystal movers directly.
