I cannot thank Priceline logistics llc… I cannot thank Priceline logistics llc enough. First of all, their price was the best and secondly and most importantly their service was simply amazing. They did everything that they said before the move, saved us money and time by providing useful suggestions and were able to deliver all out stuff in one piece and without any damage! It was really amazing because the distance between NJ to Seattle, WA was something HUGE. I am very glad that I moved with Priceline logistics llc and I will surely recommend them to anyone / everyone who are about to move across the country.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH PRICELINE LOGISTICS! If I can save just one person from getting ripped off by this company I'll be very happy. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH PRICELINE LOGISTICS, EVER!!!!! I was not only lied to by the representative who I booked my move with, but was lied to by multiple other representatives. It seems to be the norm there. Not only that but they didn't show up on the day they were supposed to and showed up 2 hours late the next pick-up date. Not to mention that the delivery didn't arrive when it was supposed to. The end result was frustration, distress and sleepless nights, not to mention twice as much money as I was initially quoted. Save yourself, and your wallet, the headaches that come with Priceline Logistics. PLEASE DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH PRICELINE LOGISTICS!!!!!

The Court ENTERS JUDGEMENT against Smart Van Lines Group Inc. d/b/a Smart Van Lines and Priceline Logistics, LLC, jointly and severally, and in favor of Plaintiffs in the amount of $205,796.48. Plaintiffs are also entitled to statutory prejudgment interest at the rate of 8% per $17,835.69. Finally, Plaintiffs are entitled to statutory post-judgment interest at the rate of 8% compounded annually until the judgment is paid in full. Started this nightmare back in September when we were trying to move out of an apartment from hell and into our new home. We tried to do uhaul, crate movers like pack rat and the like but everyone was booked up past our move out date. So we started looking at movers and i did the usual tricks to make them sweeten the deal with talking about shopping around. We got them down to what we wanted and figured we would pull the trigger. Pickup turned into a nightmare as they scammed us on the numbers almost doubling the quote after we hand counted and measured every box and pieces of furniture that we had to give them an exact amount of volume. We has to abandon my couch, nightstands and bookshelves. They even had the audacity to claim that we didn't pack any items. After screaming at them about then trying to scam us they backed off and continued the move. We asked for the delivery date to be in early November in October as we had finalized the deal on a house. Week after week I was lied to and week after week my stuff was not being delivered. Everything was stolen after 2 months of constant calling. Smart Van Lines LLC filed a police report. So my world is completely upside down. Made a gofundme to try and offset some expenses as we are starting from scratch at this point. Don't know if it's okay to share it here but NEVER deal with these scammers ever. We have lost around $40,000 and priceless items.

Nice I always found relocation to be stressful. The moving companies never made it any easier. But, for our last move we hired Priceline logistics which was just amazing. They quoted very reasonably to start with. Their men maintained their schedules accurately. All four movers were very efficient and reliable. All our stuff was packed and loaded onto the vans in no time. They made the delivery right on the scheduled date. I checked the inventory and everything was in great condition. I am so grateful to this moving company.

SCAM PSA! The worst business encounter I have ever had! Unprofessional, late and not responsive. Impossible to get a hold of! I AM TRYING TO HELP ALL FUTURE CUSTOMERS! YOU ARE BETTER OFF MOVING YOURSELF WITH A HORSE AND BUGGY! After some investigating and talking to other customers I found out that they try to bribe people to take negative comments down! Priceline, how about you reimburse the unexpected $2,500 extra I had to spend because you under quoted me. THEY EVEN CHARGED ME FOR HOW MANY STEPS THE MOVERS TAKE TO GET UP TO MY SECOND STORY APARTMENT. Then showed up 19 days after their guaranteed date! THEY ARE AN ABSOLUTE JOKE!!!
