Called to confirm time the evening before and were told between 12-3. When that didn't happened I called the company that was doing the moving and they were based out of NJ and was told the furniture never left and is sitting in a warehouse and "by law" it could take 14-21 days. This is for my mother an elderly 89 year old woman and the schedule we agreed up was extremely important to get her settled. She is without a walker and having great difficulty at this time. No one returns calls and Gavin Fox with Perfectly Packed Moving and Storage is a scammer. He confirmed delivery the night before and the moving company stated they have not had an communication with him. Shame on you for doing this to people.
