I am so Pissed Off I am so Pissed Off. I have been calling this moving company that I hired to move me today. I was scheduled for 9am and they are a NO SHOW!!! I have been calling them since 7:30am and no one will return my calls. I have also been emailing them. Rachel claim to be so detailed oriented and compassionate but this is a lie. All they did was keep my $400.00 deposit. THIS IS A SCAM and I will be filing a police report and contacting the BBB. Money is already tight and you have the audacity to steal it. SHAME ON YOU!!!!

Unprofessional, awful!!!! The name is noworries but we worried a lot!!! They came 3 hours late! They are so unprofessional, no wrapping paper! It was a rainy day but they went inside to the clean beige carpets with their muddy shoes, they blamed the rain, no shoe cover, no equipment, no covering paper, no shrink wrap with them and the manager was speaking on the phone like he was joking! They did not do anything that we agreed on the phone and even e-mails in a written way. Terrible company!!! please do not choose them, now we understand why they are cheaper than the other moving companies! I hope we will get our money back as promised because they completed their work earlier than expected.

David and Daniel were awesome David and Daniel were awesome, they wrapped everything so fast and efficient with providing extra attention and care for my antique wall clock. I won't forget Rachel! She was so easy to talk to, her customer service skills are amazing! Those follow up calls really helped us with being well prepared for our moving date if you like it easy and stress free.
