GBThis has been a nightmare dealing with… This has been a nightmare dealing with these folks as time to move as approached. The deception on pricing, the huge increase due to additional cubic feet that is at least 100cf over estimated. And Fred couldn't be more condescending and an a.....e about things. I will be placing calls to every C level person to the owner to state how beyond dissatisfied I am by the terrible, rude and disrespectful customer experience

GBCarley is Amazing! American Movers Direct's customer service is very thoughtful. I had to cancel my move with them due to my 2 yr. old doberman being in the ER - and they were able to work some magic and help me in the time of need. I couldn't be more thankful and appreciative of Carley, who took care of my situation with both compassion and care. Thank you guys for dealing with a hard person to deal with (myself), and working with me. I sincerely and whole heartedly appreciate it!

GBMovers did a fantastic job! We were pleased to have chosen this company to take care of our moving. It was a fairly big move, but they handled it with care and professionalism. They also exceeded expectations on our arrival day as our journey was delayed by several hours but the crew got on with unloading in our absence, and when we eventually arrived at our new property it was almost all done.
